Build text snippets

What snippets do

Snippets replace exact phrases in the final transcript. They run before auto-insert and before history is saved.

Create a snippet

1. Open Settings > Snippets.
2. Click Add snippet.
3. Fill in Trigger phrase and Replacement text.
4. Toggle Enabled or Match case as needed.
5. Click Add or Save.

Example

Trigger: "meeting room"
Replacement: "Conference Room A"
Match case: Off

With this snippet, any case of "meeting room" is replaced in the final transcript.

Tips

• Use specific triggers to avoid unintended replacements.
• Disable a snippet without deleting it.
